Silverhill Elementary School Library

 I am sure you have heard I am retiring this year.  I want to tell you how much I have enjoyed being librarian at Silverhill Elementary these past two years.  I have grown to love this wonderful little school.  Hopefully, I have shown each student the library is an inviting place where you can learn more about whatever interests you, and it has great treasures just waiting to be read and shared.  I wish you all a safe and happy summer.

      Please take your child to the public library this summer.  Free access to wonderful books is too good a deal to pass up.  Registration to the Robertsdale Public Library’s Summer Reading Program will be on June 5 from 10:00-12:00.  They will have a petting zoo, balloon launch, and ICE CREAM!  By visiting their website you can learn how to get a library card, their days and hours of operation, plus other useful information.  The summer reading program is a great way to keep your child reading and enjoying books all summer long.  Treat your child and yourself by going to the library.
